Career of Evil, a new JK Rowling book, to release on 22 October

Career of Evil, third book in Cormoran Strike series, written by JK Rowling under the pseudonym of Robert Galbraith will release on October 20 in the U.S., and October 22 in the U.K. The author announced the release of her new book on her Twitter account. In Career of Evil Robin receives a mysterious package containing a woman’s severed leg. Strike believes that four people from his past could be responsible, since he “knows that any one of them is capable of sustained and unspeakable brutality”, said the novel’s publisher, Sphere. Career of Evil follows The Cuckoo’s Calling, published in 2013, and The Silkworm, published in 2014.
