    Penny wise, pound foolish... Can't we think any thing better than this ? Why not stop the meals, restrict usage of toilets or even charge for check-in bags, printing boarding passes etc. huh.. For god sake re-build your brand around customer experience. There is one National carrier and it should be Royal Maharaja rather than no frills airline.
